Return and Refund Policy

At MAAYA Collective, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you face any issue, please review our policy below.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The saree must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  

• An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof.

• Requests without an opening video will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

MAAYA Collective offers Partial Cash on Delivery (COD).

• 10% of Order amount is charged at the time of placing the order.
  

• The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.
  

In case of a return:

• The 10% of Order amount partial payment is non-refundable.
  

• Any eligible refund will exclude this amount.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Exchange Policy

We offer 7-day exchange only in case of damaged products received.

To qualify for exchange:

• Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  

• An unboxing/opening video is mandatory.
  

• The saree must be unused and in original condition with tags intact.
  

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Color variation due to lighting or screen differences
  

• Change of mind or personal preference

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• If cancelled within 12 hours, the ₹99 amount will be refunded.
  

• After 12 hours, cancellation is not possible if the order has been processed or shipped.
  

• If not cancelled within 12 hours and later returned, ₹99 will not be refunded.
